HIV-Nordic networking in Reykjavik

During the 29th – 30th of August HIV-Nordic convened for a network meeting in the Icelandic capital Reykjavik.

The agenda for the two days consisted of study visits to Ylja, a Red Cross managed consumption facility and harm reduction site located in central Reykjavik, a presentation from Anna Margrét Guðmundsdóttir from the Directory of Health at the University Hospital in Reykjavik, as well as meetings with members and associates of HIV-Iceland.

Among the topics discussed were menopause, stigma, preparedness and future strategic work in relation to HIV and living with HIV in the nordic countries.
